Gaggenau Dishwasher Recall Expansion - United States and Canada

On October 19, 2017 BSH Home Appliances Corporation, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Health Canada, voluntarily agreed to expand its 2015 safety recall to replace the power cords on certain models of Gaggenau® brand dishwashers. The Gaggenau brand dishwashers affected by this safety recall expansion were manufactured from January 2014 through January 2015 and sold through appliance and specialty retailers in the United States and Canada.

The previous dishwasher power cord recall, dated October 1, 2015, included Gaggenau brand dishwashers manufactured from April 2009 through December 2013 and sold through appliance and specialty retailers in the United States and Canada.

Please read this notice carefully and enter your model and serial numbers below to determine if your dishwasher is affected or to register for the free repair
To find out if your dishwasher is included in this recall, follow the steps below:
1) Locate your Model and Serial Number. (See illustrations A and B)
2) Enter your full Model Number, the first 4 numerical digits after FD only for your Serial Number and the 5 digit Production Code.
